Job Summary

Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services, perform responsible, technical and complex administrative services to assist an Assistant Superintendent with administrative and clerical detail; plan, organize and coordinate office activities and coordinate flow of communications; maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information; apply extensive knowledge of District policies and exercise independent judgment. Perform a variety of complex and confidential administrative tasks pertaining to employee negotiations and relations.

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, college level course work in office administration, business administration or related field and four years of responsible administrative and clerical experience.
• Windows certification preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license as required by position

Salary Info

$1,925 Masters or $2,000 Doctoral Stipend
