Description

We are seeking a highly trusted Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This role requires exceptional integrity, discretion, and the ability to manage highly confidential information while supporting organizational leadership and governance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex executive calendar, travel, meetings, and expense reporting
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper to the CEO’s time and priorities
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
  • Act as liaison with board members, donors, executive leadership, and stakeholders
  • Track executive projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Serve as recording secretary for Boards and maintain corporate records
  • Support executive and management team meetings
  • Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and integrity

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of executive or senior administrative experience
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong judgment, emotional maturity, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
