Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and sound judgment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Manage and prioritize complex and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate and follow through on executive projects, ensuring proper delegation, accountability, and timely completion—often under tight deadlines.
- Prepare, review, and assist in drafting business documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct research and perform preliminary data analysis to prepare materials for executive review and presentation.
- Develop and coordinate meeting agendas, timelines, and supplemental materials for leadership meetings and executive sessions.
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and prioritization of urgent matters.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support day-to-day operational coordination to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Work Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Roanoke, Va.
- Regular hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as necessary to support month-end close, audits, and business needs.
Work Environment
- Position is primarily indoors in a professional office environment.
- Regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems.
- Work involves periods of sitting, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting.
- Moderate noise level consistent with an office setting.
