The Executive Assistant to the Chairman & President provides high-level administrative support to both executives, with the Chairman serving as the primary priority of the position. The Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring the Chairman's needs—including travel coordination, scheduling, and administrative support—are met promptly and seamlessly. When the Chairman's needs have been addressed, the Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the President, assisting with calendar management, customer visit coordination, meetings, correspondence, and other executive support functions.
This position requires exceptional organization, professionalism, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to shift priorities quickly while maintaining outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Compensation range: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00
Reporting Relationship
Reports directly to the Chairman and President.
Work Prioritization: The Chairman's needs and requests always take precedence. The President receives the balance of the Executive Assistant's available time and support.
Essential Responsibilities
Executive Support to the Chairman (Primary Responsibility)
- Serve as the Chairman's primary administrative resource.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling.
- Assist with business-related administrative and personal tasks as requested.
- Prepare correspondence and other documents.
- Anticipate the Chairman's administrative needs and proactively resolve issues.
Executive Support to the President (Secondary Responsibility)
- Manage the President's calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Schedule customer visits, lunches, and presentations.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare supporting materials.
- Assist with correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Track routine follow-up items and reminders.
- Provide administrative support as time permits after the Chairman's priorities have been addressed.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel and meeting logistics for both executives.
- Maintain executive files and records.
- Process expense reports.
- Coordinate document routing for approvals and signatures.
- Screen calls and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Represent the Executive Office professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and community partners.
