Job Description

About the Role

This is a critical support role focused on enabling our partners to lead, manage, and grow the firm effectively. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from calendar and meeting coordination to document preparation and internal follow-up. It’s part gatekeeper, part air traffic control, and part trusted advisor — all rolled into one. This role is 90% business-focused, with approximately 10% involving personal assistance.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, stays calm under pressure, and takes ownership of the details others overlook. You’ll support the firm’s leaders, including its visionary leader at a law firm known for its values, results, and excellent culture; all while having a direct impact on the firm’s effectiveness

We lead in our market because we set the bar higher for quality, responsiveness, and results.
