We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Operations Management team of our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established, respected company and play a key role in supporting leadership at our Southwest Las Vegas headquarters.

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Operations Management team, providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take and accurately transcribe executive dictation provided by phone or in person.
    • Daily dictation is a critical function of this role.
    • Typing speed of 70+ words per minute is strongly preferred.
    • A typing assessment will be administered during the hiring process.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls as appropriate.
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, forms, and correspondence.
  • Assist with email management and executive communications.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business contacts.
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist with client requests.
  • Coordinate priorities and manage deadlines while providing comprehensive administrative support.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support executive leadership with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to take dictation and produce accurate, timely transcriptions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.

Position Details

Location: Southwest Las Vegas, Nevada
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
