We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Agency Principal of a fast-growing insurance agency. This individual will serve as a key operational partner, helping streamline the principal’s responsibilities by managing schedules, communications, and administrative workflows.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and ensures the Agency Principal can focus on strategic growth, leadership, and business development.

This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 3+ years of experience supporting an executive, business owner or senior leader
• Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and competing priorities
• Experience handling high volumes of email communication and correspondence
• Ability to represent the Agency Principal professionally and confidently
• Exceptional written communication skills (ability to draft professional emails on behalf of an executive)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on commitments

• Monitor and manage the Agency Principal’s inbox
• Draft, respond to, and organize email communications
• Ensure timely follow-up on important correspondence
• Assist with communication to clients, partners, and vendors
• Assist in organizing and streamlining the principal’s workflow
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as newsletters or announcements
• Coordinate internal team meetings and leadership sessions
• Help manage relationships with key referral partners
