Commercial Development / Restaurant Management Company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO across a wide range of administrative, organizational, and personal support functions. The ideal candidate is meticulously organized, proactive and resourceful with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the CEO on all business matters
- Coordinate and manage professional calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel/event itineraries.
- Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Manage all correspondence
- Provide support for the CEO's business activities, including research, follow-ups, and document management.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality across all personal and professional matters.
Qualifications/Skills/ Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with C-level administrative support required
- Prior experience in professional services, accounting, legal, or similar environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive attitude, poised under pressure
- Ethical, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential material
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience.
