Executive Director

Charter Senior Living of Gateway Park – Greenfield, IN
Starting Salary: $120,000/year + Bonus Potential

We’re seeking a proven Executive Director who can lead with both heart and accountability—someone who can drive occupancy, build strong teams, maintain operational excellence, and create an exceptional experience for residents and families.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced senior living operator who understands that success requires balancing:

  • Resident care

  • Team culture

  • Financial performance

  • Sales leadership

  • Regulatory compliance

What You’ll Own

  • Full operational leadership of the community

  • Occupancy growth and overall financial performance

  • Resident and family satisfaction

  • Team leadership, accountability, and retention

  • Regulatory compliance and survey readiness

  • Budget management and expense control

  • Sales oversight and move-in conversion support

  • Community reputation and local market presence

  • Collaboration with department leaders to ensure strong daily operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living or Senior Living

  • Strong track record in:

    • Occupancy growth

    • Sales leadership

    • Revenue and expense management

    • Team development

  • Ability to lead both operationally and strategically

  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

  • Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through important life transitions

  • Experience opening or stabilizing communities preferred, but not required
