Executive Director

The Whitford | Dublin, CA

Momentum Senior Living is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the opening and ongoing operations of The Whitford, a new luxury senior living community in Dublin, California.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operational leader who enjoys building teams, creating culture, driving occupancy, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the community

• Recruit, develop, and mentor department leaders and staff

• Ensure excellent resident, family, and employee satisfaction

• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and occupancy goals

• Oversee regulatory compliance and community safety

• Partner with sales and marketing to support census growth

• Create a positive and engaging culture for residents and employees

• Serve as the community's leader and ambassador in the local market

Requirements

 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Minimum 3 years of senior living leadership experience

• Strong financial and operational management skills• Experience leading teams in assisted living, memory care, healthcare, hospitality, or related environments

• Excellent communication and employee relations skills

• Proven ability to achieve occupancy and financial goals

• RCFE Administrator certification or ability to obtain certification
