Key Responsibilities:
- Doing day to day accounting tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
- All Payments & Expenditure entries to be done in Books. Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare and update financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies and support month end and year end closing processes.
- Utilize Tally software to manage and process financial transactions, ensuring timely and accounting recording of transactions
- Analyze and interpret financial data identifying trends and patterns to support informed decision making
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintaining Petty Cash. Maintaining Accounting Records Files. Support in Audits
- Banking related visits/works
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Well versed with requirements of Indian Taxation Laws/Acts especially related to FCRA, TDS, Income tax, GST and PF etc.
- Excellent working knowledge on latest Tally and other accounting software
- Experience in Financial Budgeting and Process Controls are added advantages.
- Advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.
