JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sportex Apparel is looking for an Administrative/Executive Leadership Support Team member. With full-time availability to assist Senior Leadership and management with numerous duties related to production, sales, HR and accounting. We are a well-established one-stop shop meeting the needs of our customers through design, sales and production avenues which create a position for staying organized and staying on track with projects.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assisting Senior Leadership with tasks related to production, sales, HR and accounting
· Assist with Scheduling: meetings, interviews
· Assist with purchasing
· Assist with creating reports for various departments
· Oversee specific team member email while team member is out of office or not at their desk
· Assist with scheduling travel and hotel
· Coordinate company events
· Act as a liaison between departments
· Execute reminders for various team members
· Assist with meeting project deadlines
· General admin duties that come from different systems and software’s we utilize
Qualifications / Skills:
- Great communication skills
- Ability to learn processes and systems quickly
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Teams
- Ability to efficiently execute on management directive
- Occasional Saturday schedule availability
- Positive attitude
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
