You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, arranging travel, organizing our filing systems, and ensuring administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the founding attorney's schedule to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
  • Facilitate communication between the attorney and clients, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in planning and executing meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are prepared.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.
  • Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
  • Serve as the main contact for high-level executive
  • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive
  • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date
  • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes

Qualifications

  • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
  • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
  • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

$60,000
