- Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
Skills

- Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanics
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Understanding of hospice care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
