Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join our service team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to build a long-term career in automotive service.
You'll receive paid training, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to earn commission while developing valuable skills in a high-volume Toyota service department.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and assist with service appointments
- Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff throughout the repair process
- Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information

- $18–$19 per hour plus commission opportunities based on CSI performance
