Job Summary:

The Facilities Janitor/Groundskeeper will uphold the uncompromising standards of cleanliness and sanitation by performing thorough cleaning, custodial, and light maintenance tasks across the FW Paso Robles main campus and exterior grounds.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, elevator, and common areas using general household and commercial grade practices. Clean windows as needed.
• Restock all supplies
• Wax and buff concrete floors
• Pick up trash daily across campus to ensure cleanliness in all areas.
• Sweep and use leaf blower on walkways, sidewalks, entrance ways, and dumpster enclosures
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust inside facility areas regularly.
• Hose off picnic tables and benches
• Wipe off door handles and handrails
• Preform simple maintenance repairs as assigned
• Report on maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners across campus. Organize recycling product waste areas.
• Complete initial and ongoing safety trainings
• Other duties as assigned
