Facility Care & Vehicle Detailer (Part-Time)

Tom Kadlec Chevrolet – North Branch, MN

Pay: $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience

Are you someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and making vehicles shine? Join the team at Tom Kadlec Chevrolet as a Part-Time Facility Care & Vehicle Detailer! In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure our dealership looks its absolute best each day by maintaining our facility during the early morning hours and detailing vehicles once cleaning duties are complete.

What You'll Do

Facility Care

  • Clean and maintain the dealership showroom, customer lounge, offices, restrooms, and service areas.
  • Vacuum, dust, mop floors, empty trash, and prepare the facility before customers and employees arrive.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the dealership.

Vehicle Detailing

  • Wash, vacuum, and detail new, used, and customer vehicles.
  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership-quality standards.
  • Safely move vehicles throughout the lot and dealership as needed.
  • Assist with lot appearance and general dealership upkeep.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
  • Good time management skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Previous cleaning or vehicle detailing experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Schedule

  • Part-time, 20–30 hours per week
  • Start time: 6:00 AM
