The FCP Operations Manager supports day-to-day operations for the Domestic FCP touring business. This role partners cross-functionally to keep touring units operationally ready by coordinating staffing workflows, onboarding and compliance processes, training support, vendor/agency coordination, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes.
Responsible for helping develop, implement and constantly improving the recruiting program for FCP global road personnel. Recruiting to encompass aspects of both staff and sales for all FCP global road staff. Liaison with HR in hiring process. Assist in developing a more comprehensive onboarding & training program for FCP hires. Oversight & liaison with obtaining Agency Vendors. Assist with research for updated products and equipment used for FCP traveling units.
