We are currently hiring a Family Caregiver Support Specialist. In this position you will respond to requests for information from prospective consumers and community agencies regarding the Family Caregiver Support Program. This includes telephone calls, in-home and telephone assessments, and community outreach. Assist the Family Caregiver Support Program Manager with outreach presentations.

 The pay range for this position is $ 30.42 to 31.84 per hour for 34 hours per week plus unpaid one hour lunch each day. 


What do you need to be considered for this position?

 


  • Ability to collaborate, take initiative, provide/ receive feedback.
  • Ability to communicate and work with the elderly and community resources serving the elderly population.
  • Excellent computer skills required. 
  • Ability to work independently and professionally.

Valid MA driver’s license and car required
