Overview

POSITION IS FOR FEDEX DELIVERY DRIVER.

We are seeking reliable and experienced Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the face of our company during customer interactions. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and enjoy being on the road, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

- Safely and responsibly operate a delivery vehicle (Step Van or box truck) to transport goods to customer locations

- Load and unload merchandise from the vehicle using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries

- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

- Collect payments from customers when necessary

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or concerns

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate both manual transmission vehicles and automatic vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with loading and unloading goods, including heavy lifting capabilities.
• Familiarity with using a pallet jack and other moving equipment is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
