located in or near Alliance, NE to handle local property inspections.

This is a
field-based role suited for individuals who are already working
independently and can manage their own territory.

What You’ll Do:

Drive to assigned properties in your local area

•
Take required exterior photos

•
Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant)

•
Submit reports using a mobile app

This is not random
gig work — this is territory-based assignment work. Contractors who
stay consistent are given continued volume in their area.

What We’re
Looking For:

Must live in or very near the Meridian, MS area

•
Must be dependable and able to complete work on time

•
Comfortable working independently and managing routes

•
Reliable vehicle and smartphone required
