Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator for Mountain Spring Vascular, DBA National Vascular Associates & Mountain Spring Podiatry serves as a key driver of field marketing and community outreach efforts while also acting as a central liaison between clinical services, referring physicians, and external partners. This role is responsible for planning and executing local marketing initiatives, strengthening referral relationships, and ensuring consistent brand presence across our regions.
In addition to hands-on outreach responsibilities, the Marketing Coordinator will oversee field marketing activities across the team, providing coordination, guidance, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with organizational growth goals. This role combines strategic marketing execution with relationship management and team leadership.
This role is a travel heavy position. The Field Marketing Coordinator will travel throughout our Baltimore and Northern Virginia regions.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Outreach Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing campaigns across assigned territories.
Lead community engagement initiatives including health education events, senior center visits, business outreach, and wellness partnerships.
Organize and support Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) screenings and educational seminars.
Conduct follow-up with event attendees to convert interest into scheduled consultations and ongoing care engagement.
Team Coordination & Oversight
Provide day-to-day coordination and oversight of outreach activities across team members.
Ensure consistency in messaging, materials, and execution of marketing campaigns.
Collect, review, and consolidate field reports from team members for leadership updates.
Offer feedback and guidance to improve outreach effectiveness and performance.
Physician & Community Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and clinical partners.
Serve as a liaison between the practice and external providers to ensure clear communication and referral flow.
Build and sustain partnerships with community organizations, senior centers, and local businesses.
Represent the organization at community events and professional gatherings.
Data, Reporting & Market Intelligence
Track and report on outreach activities, lead generation, and conversion outcomes.
Provide weekly and monthly performance summaries to leadership.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing strategy.
Document and distribute lead intelligence to support business development efforts.
Operational & Clinical Support
Develop a working understanding of clinical services to accurately communicate offerings.
Support clinic operations as needed to strengthen alignment between marketing and patient care workflows.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and professional standards in outreach activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer service).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
Confidence in public speaking and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to quickly learn and retain medical service information.
- Demonstrated ability to manage or coordinate teams or field-based staff is preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare, clinical settings, or physician liaison roles is a strong plus.
