Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Java-based applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and development teams
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices

• Drive system performance, security, and reliability improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring boot, Microservices & Kafka
• Experience leading engineering teams or serving in a technical lead role
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented design, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems
• Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
