Job Description

Description: The Filter Technician replaces reverse osmosis drinking water system filters. Troubleshoots as needed to ensure operational efficiency and no leaks. Verifying high quality drinking water. The Filter technician represents the company in a positive and professional manner, communicating with our clients daily, maintaining a safe work environment and company vehicle.

 

Duties:

·         Replace and maintain reverse osmosis.

·         Perform preventative maintenance inspections and verify water quality.

·         Keeps plumbing equipment and tools operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.

·         Maintains plumbing supplies inventory on individual truck by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies.

·         Communicate with customers and internal team regarding maintenance and service needs.

·         Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

·         Documents plumbing and filter change actions by completing work orders via iPad and software.

·         Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Proficient written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment

·         Detail oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills

·         Mechanical aptitude skills are a must

 

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license
  • Use of cell phone apps and GPS
  • High School diploma or equivalent
