JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of tasks to support the Controller. Performs all functions of accounts receivable. Represents, exemplifies, and supports the management and mission of all Woods companies creating a remarkable experience for eachother and our homeowners.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for all accounts receivable
- Responsible for accounts receivable collections
- Responsible for entering all customer invoices into QuickBooks.
- Entering invoices into QuickBooks on a timely basis;
- Correctly recording invoices to appropriate general ledger account
- Prepares weekly and month ending reports
- Assists as a support function to all company management as needed
- Regular and punctual attendance.
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Performs other related duties as requested or assigned by management.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND TALENTS:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as Excel, QuickBooks and other accounting related software.
- Skill in math.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree in accounting and/or finance is preferable.
- One (1) year to three (3) years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting; or,
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
