Job Description

Finance & Core Accounting

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
  • Oversee fixed asset accounting and periodic physical verification of assets.
  • Preparing financials along with analyses and management presentations.

Budgeting & MIS

  • Review and present monthly MIS reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and financial planning process.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Oversee accounts payable operations, including vendor payments, expense management, and vendor negotiations.
  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for receivables and optimize working capital

Internal Controls & Financial Software

  • Establish and maintain robust internal control systems and periodically review and update SOPs to align with evolving business needs.
  • Ensure safeguarding of company assets through effective control mechanisms.
  • Lead implementation and enhancement of finance-related software and systems, including process improvements and automation initiatives.

Cash Flow & Funding

  • Manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and optimization, including short-term investment decisions.
  • Coordinate with the tax team to ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Drive financial discipline and efficiency across the organization

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in managing audits, MIS reporting, and financial planning
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software. 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
