Mazda Denton is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the financial and insurance purchasing process while ensuring compliance, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable in automotive finance products, possess strong closing skills, and demonstrate a commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction that aligns with the Mazda brand.
- Present and sell finance and insurance products, including service contracts, GAP protection, maintenance plans, and extended warranties
- Structure and secure financing options by partnering with lenders to obtain competitive terms for customers
- Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by explaining financial products clearly and honestly
- Review and finalize all paperwork for each deal, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize deal profitability
- Monitor and achieve performance metrics such as product penetration, PVR (profit per vehicle), and finance reserve
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product vendors
- Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and lender programs
- Resolve customer concerns related to financing or aftermarket product issues
- Minimum 2–3 years of automotive F&I experience (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales or finance
- Strong understanding of lending practices, compliance regulations, and dealership processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I software tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
