BAE Systems is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for our US Controls Business Segment. You will provide financial decision support to key stakeholders in the US Controls Business Segment and will introduce you to various facets of BAE Systems Finance.
It is strongly preferred that the individual chosen for this role will be local (or willing to relocate) to the Endicott, NY metro area. That said, full-time remote work will be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing leadership and development opportunities to the US Controls Segment FP&A team
Coordinating the build-up of the US Controls Segment Financial forecasts and providing the appropriate analysis requirements to management
Prepare US Controls Segment CFO Reviews, QBRs and IBP presentations
Communicating and presenting financial data to management in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
Perform variance analysis and monitor opportunities and risks
Coordinate the review and submission of weekly cash forecasts
Ensure compliance with internal procedures
Participate in audits and interface with auditors to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate regulations

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline.
5+ years of relevant professional experience in a role focused on FP&A in a corporate finance environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff
Good planning, time management and organization skills
Strong knowledge of ES policies and processes
Excellent communication skills
Ability to make clear presentations to all levels of management
Analyze data to provide input for sound decision making
Strong working knowledge of Financial Tools (such as Oracle, Hyperion, HFM, Business Intelligence)
