We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst dedicated to Pharmacy to support data-driven financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis within our pharmacy operations. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to evaluate pharmacy spend, model cost trends, and deliver actionable insights that help optimize financial outcomes across the pharmacy enterprise.

Location: 2020 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Days. Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
Experience: Three to five years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, data analytics, or organizational financial planning preferred. Experience in health care environment preferred. Proficiency in Excel required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares financial analysis (including direct and indirect costing) on services/programs
- Prepares and posts month-end general journal entries
- Performs numerous special accounting and finance projects as requested
- Assists with long-range financial planning
- Coordinates, produces, and updates financial projection model as part of annual forecasting process
- Prepares audit work papers as required during year-end audit field work
- Oversees system leader financial management education
- Maintains general ledger reconciliation on accounts assigned by Team Leader
- Assures reliable, predictable outcomes and no needless waits
- Uses Information Systems to their full capability
- Duties as defined by specific department (if applicable)
- Attends regularly-scheduled and assigned shifts
