Pay Range: $68,724.00 - $97,073.00 per year

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.



The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.



Overview: 



Responsible for managing and reviewing of productivity & assisting with analysis of productivity data.  Provides training of Directors on productivity reports, calculations, and variance explanations.  Create and maintain staffing model for all cost centers.  Assist with review and analysis of external benchmarking data.  Assist with facility productivity reviews with local leaders and senior teams to summarize issues, provide solutions or research potential solution. Responsible for education on annual FTE budget completion with assistance as needed.  Review and analysis of WHPUOS variances.




  • 1-5 years’ experience in budgeting/productivity

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office product – especially Excel.

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Finance or Accounting

  • Master’s Degree Preferred

  • Experience in FTE budgeting & Staffing models preferred.



Key Responsibilities Include:




  • Responsible for reviewing and providing analysis of productivity variances

  • Create and maintain staffing models

  • Assist and review and analysis of external benchmarking data

  • Provide training to department head leaders on productivity reports, calculations & variance explanations

  • Responsible with FTE budget review, education and assistance as needed.
