Duties

You will determine pay, payroll records maintenance and completion of reports.,You will work in the support of the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit and custody of cash items which includes handling cash items and or use of cash accountability control methods.,You will establish, maintain, correct and close pay accounts for acative, reserve, or retired armed forces personnel and their annuitants.,You will maintain ledgers, conduct budget formulation, compile, consolidate, and check and arrange funding data.,You will review and authenticate signatures and correct processing codes.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: processing payroll actions, researching and finding solutions to pay issues, coordinating budget information on funding and shortfalls and performing administrative and performance management support for an organization. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
