As
Temporary Fit-Out Supervisor at Wall Street English, you will supervise the
ongoing fit-out, maintenance, and site coordination activities for the current
project.

Reporting
to the General Manager / Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to
ensure that contractors, workers, suppliers, and maintenance teams complete
their assigned work safely, efficiently, and in line with the agreed schedule,
quality expectations, and operational requirements.

Essential
Duties and Responsibilities

Includes
the Following

-    Supervise daily fit-out and maintenance
activities at the site, ensuring work is completed according to the agreed
scope, timeline, and quality standards.

-    Coordinate directly with contractors,
subcontractors, technicians, workers, building management, suppliers, and
internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

-    Monitor site progress, identify delays,
follow up on pending work, and escalate critical issues to management in a
timely manner.

-    Conduct regular site inspections to check
workmanship, safety, cleanliness, material usage, and completion status.

-    Support the coordination of civil,
electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, signage,
furniture, and general maintenance works as required.

-    Ensure workers and contractors follow site
access rules, building regulations, health and safety requirements, and company
instructions.

-    Track daily progress, work completion,
deliveries, materials, contractor commitments, and outstanding snagging items
where required.

-    Prepare simple daily or weekly progress
updates covering completed works, pending items, risks, delays, and required
management actions.

-    Maintain clear communication with
Arabic-speaking workers and contractors to ensure instructions are understood
and implemented correctly.

-    Work flexible hours when required to
support site needs, contractor schedules, urgent maintenance works, or
after-hours activity.

Technical
Skills and Qualifications

Minimum
Requirements

-    Previous experience supervising fit-out,
renovation, maintenance, facilities, or construction-related works in the UAE
is required.

-    Experience dealing directly with
contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and workers in the UAE is required.

-    Spoken Arabic is mandatory to communicate
effectively with workers and site teams; good English communication is required
for reporting and coordination.

-    Good understanding of fit-out and
maintenance workflows, site coordination, contractor follow-up, and basic
quality control.

-    Ability to read and follow basic project
instructions, work schedules, snag lists, and maintenance requirements.

-    Strong follow-up skills, practical
problem-solving ability, and confidence in handling day-to-day site issues.

-    Ability to work six days per week with
flexible timing according to project and site requirements.

-    Candidate must be currently based and
stable in the UAE with valid legal status. No employment visa will be provided
for this temporary assignment.
