Floating Dental Assistant

Full-Time | Louisville, KY
Pay: $21-$25/hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a dependable, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. This is a floating position, providing support across multiple practice locations as needed. If you enjoy variety in your day, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering excellent patient care, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday
  • 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization protocols are followed
  • Take and process digital radiographs
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Support clinical operations and help ensure a positive patient experience
  • Travel between assigned practice locations as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
  • Active X-Ray Certification required
  • Coronal Polishing Certification preferred
  • EDDA Certification preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between offices
