Job Description

FiRE+iCE is an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT, “create-your-own-meal” concept that satisfies each and every taste.

A hands-on, floor-based role responsible for overseeing service and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This position supports the FOH team during service, helps manage reservations, and maintains smooth daily operations. This is a part-time role consisting of opening and/or closing shifts.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and support FOH staff during service (servers, hosts, support staff)
  • Ensure smooth, efficient flow of service and positive guest experiences
  • Greet guests, assist with seating, and manage reservations
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in real time
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar to maintain service timing
  • Step in to assist the team during peak periods as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall atmosphere of the dining room
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and health/safety guidelines
  • Complete opening or closing duties, including counting the safe for AM or PM shifts


Qualifications


  • Previous restaurant experience in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, guest-first attitude
  • Experience with reservation systems and POS platforms preferred
  • Availability for opening and/or closing shifts, including weekends and holidays


Work Environment


  • Fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Primarily on-the-floor role (standing/walking for extended periods)
  • Minimal administrative responsibilities
