Floor Technicians have a huge impact on the lives of residents and on the overall culture of the community. This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family. Below is a picture of the impact a Floor Technician has and what being a difference maker looks like!
Responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and attractive floors throughout the campus.
- Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing floors
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment
- Follow proper procedures when mixing and using chemicals, disinfectants, and cleaning solutions
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist with general maintenance duties as needed
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the facility in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner in accordance with current guidelines and regulations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
