As a FMS Transition Management- Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs for our clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and influence to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to know when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in strategic advising, influence decision-making, and drive operational excellence. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. Your leadership will guide teams through complexity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
-Experience in F&A Transitions (AP, AR, O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A etc.)

-Guiding delivery teams in optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services for continuous improvement

-Project Management, Risk & Budget Management 

-Understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services/Shared Services 

-Process Mapping and Re-engineering 
- Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement to address delivery risks and performance challenges
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and validate timely completion of objectives
- Implementing business process automation and improvement strategies to drive operational excellence
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning to resolve issues
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within managed services
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance service delivery and performance
- Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
