At Hash House A Go Go, our Servers and Bartenders are the heartbeat of the dining experience. You’re part guide, part performer, part flavor curator. You read the table, set the tone, and turn meals into moments people talk about long after the check is closed.

If you’ve got personality, presence, and a natural instinct for taking care of people, this is your spotlight.

 

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with confidence, energy, and a genuine connection


• Own your section or bar like it’s your stage during high-volume service


• Guide guests through the menu, specials, and signature items with enthusiasm


• Make thoughtful recommendations that elevate the experience


• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them seamlessly into the POS system


• Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards


• Keep a close pulse on your guests, anticipate needs, and respond quickly


• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset


• Maintain clean, organized service areas and complete all side work


• Process payments accurately and efficiently


• Jump in to support teammates, whether running food, clearing tables, or backing up the bar


• Create a memorable send-off that leaves guests wanting their next visit
