RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, credit card deposit, update receivable ledger
- Post accounts payable invoices
- Prepare accounts payable checks
- Research and answer receivable and vendor inquiries
- Answering and transferring phone calls to appropriate departments
- Handle all warranty and aftermarket cancellations
- Assist in processing car deals
- Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensure accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- 2 years experience working in Accounting role
- Automotive dealership experience is an asset
- Positive attitude & very outgoing personality
- Exceptional written & oral communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
