We are seeking respectful, professional, and reliable individuals to join our team as Fractional Care Providers supporting independent living facilities in the Philadelphia West area.

About the Role

This is not your typical caregiving position.

As a Fractional Care Provider, you will deliver short, focused care visits (7–15 minutes each) to multiple residents throughout your shift. You’ll provide light assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while conducting wellness checks in a facility setting. This role is designed for efficient, structured support rather than extended one-on-one caregiving.

Shift Options

• 6-hour shifts or 12-hour shifts available

• Flexible scheduling to fit your needs

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct brief fractional care visits across multiple residents per shift

• Provide assistance with ADLs (mobility support, grooming reminders, toileting, etc.)

• Observe and report changes in resident's condition

• Maintain professionalism, respect, and dignity in every interaction

• Work comfortably in a facility-based environment

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred: Current CNA certification (or equivalent experience)

• Comfortable working in a facility setting with multiple short visits

• Strong time management and interpersonal skills

• Professional, compassionate, and respectful demeanor

• Reliable transportation and punctuality
