The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) provides high level operational analysis and ongoing educational support for Celebree Franchise Owners. This position advises and consults with Franchisees to ensure the Celebree Brand and promise are upheld while driving business growth. This position helps to establish appropriate ongoing training support for the Franchisee and their team. The FBC position drives quality and consistency of the school experience to maximize the overall success of Celebree Franchisees.



This position requires strong organization and leadership skills to maintain multi-site locations, patience, flexibility, excellent written, verbal and computer skills and strong initiative and problem-solving skills, innovation & creativity.
