Your Core Tasks π©βπ»π¨βπ»
Affiliate Center & Creator Partnerships
You recruit, onboard, and optimize TikTok Shop Affiliates, aligning them with Doonails product launches, seasonal campaigns, and performance targets.
Shop Health Monitoring
You track AHR, OTDR, and VTR on a regular cadence, identify the root causes of metric drops early, and cooperate with the E-commerce team to implement corrective actions before they affect account standing.
Cross-Platform Attribution
You connect TikTok Shop revenue to our broader attribution stack (Amazon, Online Shop), working with our analytics team to map the full customer journey and inform budget decisions.
Interface to Feed Management & E-Commerce
You monitor the product feed and sync logic within the TikTok ecosystem. While the internal E-commerce team owns the backend and API integrations, you flag technical issues early and coordinate fixes with them.
Listing Input & A/B Testing
You propose structured A/B tests on product titles, thumbnails, and CTAs based on TikTok trends. You collaborate closely with the E-commerce team, who manages pricing and live listings, to translate your insights into ongoing conversion improvements.
What You Bring π€
TikTok Seller Center & Affiliate Center: Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop from both sides, not just browsing the interface, but owning a live shop with real revenue.
Shop Health Metrics: You know what AHR, OTDR, and VTR mean, how to read them, and what levers to pull when they drop.
Cross-Platform Attribution: Experience connecting TikTok Shop performance to a broader attribution stack, Amazon, Shopify, or comparable e-commerce setups.
Feed Management & API Integrations: You've worked with product feeds, catalog syncs, or API-based integrations in an e-commerce environment.
A/B Testing & Conversion: A track record of running structured listing tests and translating results into measurable conversion improvements.
Communication: Fluent English, spoken and written. German is a plus but not required for this role.
