Love making guests feel at home from the moment they walk in the door?
As a front desk agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for lodge guests - managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and helping them with everything they need for a relaxing mountain stay.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage phone, email, and online reservations and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Register guests and collect required information upon arrival.
- Provide guests with info about rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Process payments, verify credit card details, and maintain accurate records using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support team operations.
