Key Responsibilities – Hospitality & Front of House

Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive service to create memorable guest experiences
Take and serve orders accurately, maintaining speed and quality
Keep all front-of-house areas clean and organized

Delivery Duties

Safely and efficiently deliver orders with a sense of urgency and care
Ensure order accuracy, food quality, and proper handling during delivery
Communicate clearly with guests and professionally resolve any concerns
Keep 100% of your tips and receive $2 per trip if using your personal vehicle

Operations & Teamwork

Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily operational goals
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, fun environment
Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license
Pass Motor Vehicle Record check
Own a reliable smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
Available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends
Strong communication skills and a positive, motivated attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 5–50 lbs
