Newk's is a fast casual brand that specializes in soup, salad, sandwich, and pizza utilizing unusually fresh ingredients prepared in a quick environment. Customer service is paramount to our brand and we are looking for people that enjoy customer service and forming relationships with customers.

Servers greet customers, take orders, run food from the kitchen to the guests' table, make tea, cut desserts, refill our complimentary round table, in addition to preparing catering bags, and other duties. This position needs a friendly individual with a heart for service.

Requirements

• Excellent communications and guest service skills
• High School diploma preferred (college a plus)
• Knowledge of a Point of Sale System (Preferably Aloha)
• At least six months restaurant service experience; or other customer service industries
