Job Description
  1. Strong application development expertise on VBA, SQL/ Oracle, MS-Access, Visio, Excel Macros, Power BI
  2. Experience in automation at Green / Black Screens (Legacy systems)
  3. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement & understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  4. Able to work independently with distributed development team and user base
  5. Strong SDLC, Agile process knowledge and implementation of best practices
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  7. Process Map creation using Excel, PPT or Visio (As-IS and To-Be)
  8. Expertise in technical feasibility assessment
  9. Good communication skills
  10. Collaboration with other developers for best practices sharing
