Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and develop scalable APIs, microservices, and modern web applications.
- Leverage analytics and reporting solutions to generate actionable business insights.
- Drive data integration, transformation, and visualization initiatives.
- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in technical roadmap planning and solution architecture discussions.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in software development, including experience leading teams.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development technologies (frontend and backend frameworks).
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboarding, reporting, and business analytics.
- Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid knowledge of Data Engineering concepts, including:
- ETL/ELT processes
- Data pipelines
- Data warehousing
- Data quality and governance
- Cloud-based data platforms
- Good understanding of Data Science concepts, including:
- Statistical analysis
- Predictive analytics
- Machine learning fundamentals
- Data visualization and storytelling
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CISA or CIA. 7-9 years of experience.
