Job Description

Full Stack Developer (Integrations & Automation)

Location: El Dorado Hills, CA

At Roebbelen Contracting, technology plays a critical role in how we operate, collaborate, and deliver successful projects. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help connect the systems that power our business while supporting automation and application development initiatives across the organization.

While this role includes opportunities for internal application development and automation, the primary focus is building and maintaining integrations between the business systems that support our operations. You'll work closely with a Senior Business Analyst to design, implement, and support scalable solutions that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure reliable data flow across the company.

Key systems include Acumatica ERP, UKG, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Deltek VantagePoint, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.

 

What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll help design, build, and maintain the connections between our core business systems while supporting automation and application development initiatives across the company.

Systems Integration & Automation

  • Partner closely with a Senior Business Analyst to define integration requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Build, maintain, and support integrations between Acumatica ERP and enterprise business applications
  • Develop and manage integrations with:
    • UKG (HRIS)
    • Procore
    • Autodesk Construction Cloud
    • Deltek VantagePoint
    • Microsoft 365
    • Other business-critical applications
  • Design, develop, and maintain data flows between systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Utilize APIs, web services, middleware, and integration platforms to facilitate communication between applications
  • Configure and maintain import scenarios, business events, push notifications, and web service endpoints within Acumatica
  • Support integration architecture and continuously improve existing workflows and automation processes
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and identify root causes

Application Development & Process Improvement

  • Support internal application development initiatives
  • Develop custom business solutions that improve operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows
  • Automate business processes using PowerShell and other scripting languages
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvement
  • Assist with application enhancements and system upgrades

Application Support & Optimization

  • Monitor integrations, workflows, and custom applications for reliability and performance
  • Maintain and improve existing business processes and system workflows
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Reduce manual processes through automation and technology solutions
  • Partner with IT and business teams to evaluate new technologies and solutions

 

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • 2-5 years of experience building or supporting system integrations, application development, or business systems solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations
  • Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of data flow architecture and system-to-system integrations
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Acumatica, Deltek, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar technologies
  • Experience working with XML, JSON, CSV, and other structured data formats
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Acumatica ERP
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore
  • Experience building and troubleshooting integrations using Celigo
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft Graph
  • Experience with SQL Server administration and database maintenance
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications
  • Familiarity with the construction industry or project-based organizations
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate

Work Environment
