- Oversees scheduling of transportation for all athletics, activities, and field trips.
- Maintains the visual display of current athletics and activities schedules and accomplishments.
- Creates rosters, checks eligibility, and maintains records of season achievements including varsity letters and awards.
- Maintains the district athletic calendar which includes all district facilities rentals.
- Collects and maintains records of student activity fees for all athletics and activities.
- Communicates with officials, Athletic Directors, and athletic offices to confirm games, rescheduled events, and cancellations.
- Assists with collecting all necessary paperwork and documentation of purchases through our student activity accounts.
- Prepares correspondence, forms, reports, etc. for administrators as related to day to day school operations.
- Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed and puts it into usable form, including computer databases.
- Operates computers, printers, and copiers.
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, database programs, Canva, and AI based branding.
- Records messages and schedules appointments for supervisor(s).
- Maintains a regular filing system, as well as a set of locked confidential files.
- Processes incoming correspondence as instructed.
- Assists with budget preparation.
- Receives and screens callers; gives information on the operation of the office to those seeking assistance; refers to appropriate personnel when warranted.
- Orders and maintains supplies as needed.
- Works in a pleasant, cooperative manner with building staff members, volunteers, and families.
- Interacts appropriately with students and is sensitive to their needs.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of student records and school business.
- Performs other duties which may be within the scope of their employment and certifications as may be assigned by the superintendent or designee.
