The Culinary Services Manager is responsible for leading the Culinary Services team members towards client satisfaction with food quality and meal service. This position does require a current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification. Day shift, Monday thru Friday.

Culinary Services Manager qualifications include:
- Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
- 3 years of experience as Culinary Services/Dietary Manager
- 2 years of experience working in health care setting
- Experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
- Experience working in a Person-directed care community preferred
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards for meal service, food quality, and CMS requirements
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Strong team work and leadership skills
- Experience managing budgets and supply management to ensure optimal operational performance
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across all departments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to develop team members through training, coaching and mentoring
