Position Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of resident apartments, common areas, and other designated areas throughout the community. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and pleasant living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, and community spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to established procedures
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance concerns as needed
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines
• Provide friendly and courteous service to residents, families, and team members
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Compensation:

• $16.00 – $16.75 per hour
